¡Santa Fe Convive!
¡Santa Fe Convive! is a Collaborative Working Group composed of organizations that aide new parents, focusing on addressing the growing gap in early childhood disparity in Santa Fe County. In the upcoming year, the group will provide collaborative weekly “teach and talk” workshops relevant to disadvantaged youth, immigrant families, and single mothers; and will provide peer support groups for pregnant and new mothers. The group believes that by encouraging peer support groups to organize, form a leadership team amidst each other, and to talk weekly on issues that matter most to them, they provide the space for empowerment and leadership to happen from within the communities.
¡Santa Fe Convive! has identified the following Outcomes using the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework.
- Babies are born healthy
- Children are healthy, safe and nurtured
- Children are ready for kindergarten
- Reduce the number and percent of youth ages 16-24 that are disconnected from school and jobs
